Here's what our Modularity License allows for, for each Item available for purchase or download on https://www.modularity.design/. If you are purchasing for multiple individuals in your team, please add the team size license to your cart. The Modularity License grants the user an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to utilize the Modularity UI KIT digital work (“Item”). You are licensed to use the Item to create unlimited End Products for yourself or for your clients and the End Product may be sold, licensed, sub-licensed or freely distributed.

Personal License:

Personal License is defined as using purchased “Items” individually and not as a part of a company, business, non-profit, or any other organization of any kind. However, Personal Use is also defined as using purchased “Items” for Commercial Work, company projects, businesses and so on, if you aren't employed by such enterprises. We define Commercial Work as any work that isn't done for Personal Use. Synonymous terms include Contracted Work and Client Work.

Team License:

If you're a part of a company, organization or any other enterprise of any size you must purchase Corporate License. The product purchased under the Corporate License can be used by any number of the company's employees. This license is suitable for all corporate and commercial organizations and business entities. In case of purchasing one of our products for your company, you must choose the Corporate License.

You can:

Create End Products for clients or personal projects.
Sell, license, sub-license or distribute and make any number of copies of the End Product.
You may modify or manipulate the Item. You may combine the Item with other works and make a derivative work from it. The resulting works are subject to the terms of this license.
This is a 'multi-use' license, which means you may use an Item multiple times, in multiple projects.

You cannot:

Re-distribute the Item as a stock image or it’s source files, regardless of any modifications, under any circumstances. In other words, you cannot replicate or make modifications to the item and sell it as your own.
You must not permit an end-user of the End Product to extract the Item and use it separately from the End Product.

Sample End Products:

End Products include but are not limited to: Websites, themes, wireframes, presentations and design systems.

Other license terms:

All photos used on https://www.modularity.design/ and in Modularity UI KIT are provided by https://unsplash.com and can be used for free. You can use them for commercial and noncommercial purposes. You do not need to ask permission from or provide credit to the photographer or Unsplash, although it is appreciated when possible.
More precisely, Unsplash grants you an irrevocable, nonexclusive, worldwide copyright license to download, copy, modify, distribute, perform, and use photos from Unsplash for free, including for commercial purposes, without permission from or attributing the photographer or Unsplash.
